Adam Michael McGurk, born on 24 January 1989, is a Northern Irish professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Stratford Town. He began his career in the Aston Villa youth academy in 2004 but later joined Tranmere Rovers, where he spent three years and scored 12 goals. McGurk's contract with Tranmere Rovers was extended to June 2012, after which he joined Burton Albion in August 2013 and then Portsmouth in July 2015. At Tranmere, he was given a second chance to establish himself in English football.
